I am located half a block from Edition Hotel and one block from Faena Hotel. I will have approximately 24 spaces or beds available for this 2024 / 2025 season. My job and concern is that the J1s have a clean, safe & quiet place. I am very selective for the same reason. I rent to boys, I have very few girls. I'm trying to get apartments in South Beach so that the J1s who work in hotels on 15th to 17th Collins are no more than 2 to 3 blocks away and don't have to pay for the bus.
